Send us whatever you’ve got:

• A logo
• A rough sketch
• A photo of something you like
• Dimensions or “about this big” notes

Tell us what you’re thinking: emblem, badge, bracket, plate, whatever. The more info you give us, the faster we can dial in your design and quote.

Next, we convert your idea into a 3D CAD model — clean, accurate, and ready to cut. We’ll send you a digital preview so you can:

• See what your part will look like
• Check size, proportions, and layout
• Request changes before anything gets machined

You’re in control here — nothing moves forward until you’re happy with the design.

Real metal, real chips.

Once you approve the design, it’s go time.

We load the program and machine your part out of solid material: aluminum, stainless, titanium, brass — whatever you chose.

No shortcuts. No “close enough.” Just real CNC machining with industrial-grade tools.

This is where it goes from “good” to “wow.” Depending on your project, we can:

• Brush, polish, or bead-blast surfaces
• Add matte or gloss effects
• Apply paint/epoxy fills in recessed areas
• Prep for powder coat or other coatings
• Add adhesive backing or mounting features

Want polished letters with a matte background? Stealthy black with color-filled logo? We’re into it.

Before your part leaves the shop, we run it through our “looks, feels, fits” checklist:

• Does it match the approved design?
• Are the edges clean?
• Are surfaces smooth and consistent?
• Are mounting points correct?

If it passes, we pack it safely and ship it out. You get tracking info and a part you’ll be excited to unbox.
