1. Agreement

By accessing or using the BVL Billet website or ordering products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Custom Work

All products are custom manufactured. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded except where required by law.

3. Artwork Requirements

By uploading artwork, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to use the design.

4. Trademark & Intellectual Property Notice

BVL Billet is an independent manufacturer specializing in custom billet aftermarket products. Unless expressly stated otherwise, BVL Billet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any automobile manufacturer. References to vehicle makes, models, logos, emblems, or other brand identifiers are used solely for identification, compatibility, or customization purposes. All trademarks, service marks, trade dress, copyrights, and other intellectual property are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Any authorized partnerships, sponsorships, or licensing agreements will be clearly identified on the applicable products or pages.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed via Stripe or PayPal. Prices are locked in once checkout is completed.

6. Production Times

Production timelines vary. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.

7. Shipping

We ship domestically and internationally. Delays caused by carriers or customs are not the responsibility of BVL Billet.

8. Warranty

We warrant products against machining defects. This does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BVL Billet’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA.
